By completing your purchase of a personalized song (“the Song”), you agree to the following:

The Song is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may play, share privately, and enjoy the Song with friends and family.
You may not:

  • Sell, resell, or license the Song

  • Distribute, publish, or upload the Song to public platforms for commercial gain

  • Broadcast, publicly perform, or use the Song for advertising or promotional purposes without written consent

1.2 Ownership & Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Song remain the exclusive property of Songetta and/or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Song for personal purposes only.

1.3 Third-Party Content

Songs are generated using third-party AI music technology. Songetta does not guarantee the originality of any Song and is not liable for claims relating to third-party rights.

1.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Songetta, its owners, employees, and licensors from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses resulting from use of the Song beyond the scope of this Agreement.

2. Ordering & Payment

  • All prices are in USD.

  • Payment is required in full before production begins.

  • You are responsible for ensuring all personalization details submitted are accurate.

3. Delivery

  • Songs are typically delivered in digital format via email or download link.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and may vary.

4. Refund Policy

  • Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • Refunds or replacements will only be considered if the delivered file is corrupted or unusable, and you notify us within 7 days of delivery.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Songetta shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

  • Any issues arising from your use of the Song in violation of these Terms

6. Acceptance
